SAFFRON project has been financed by the European Commission under the INTERREG III C programme in order to study the regional practices of saffron cultivation, processing and commercialization of the countries participating in the project (Spain, Greece and Italy) and to diffuse the best practices as well as the strategic plan proposed in the European Saffron White Book
SAFFIC project has been financed by the European Commission under a Collective Research Programme (Sixth Framework Programme). The aim of the project is to implement international standards for saffron purity and quality in order to avoid fraudulent practices in the saffron sector.
